*Boom on the face of Groom*
It was the time of celebration
Yes because it was her wedding
She was all set with positive expectation
Pompous procession was heading
It was late night, the bride was awaiting
Finally they arrived, was given ostentatious treat
Relatives, friends and other wedding guests started eating
Everybody screamed that there’s no meat
A throng of angry wedding guests rushed with an argument
No meat for guests, what is this arrangement?
Bride’s close relatives along with her father
Begged them to adjust and let the ceremony go smoother
Groom himself got up from the wedding booth decoration
Questioned bride’s father about his food after consummation
Bride’s father and relatives touched his feet
Requested the groom not to react just for meat
The bride came out of her room by listening to the fears
Saw the view and was drenched in tears
She went near her father and uplifted him right away
Scolded the groom asked the procession to make out their way
Groom was surprised, shocked and pleaded
Forgive our fault and lets get wedded
Bride replied with complete dare,
You don’t even have a bit of care
The one who can make my father bow down and touch his feet
Only for a simple matter of meat
Marrying such a belligerent man and staying in a hostile house
Would be a great curse to tie knot and make you spouse
No matter if I remain unmarried throughout my life,
I would consider it a bliss to be alone forever rather being your wife.
